Miss Spotless Cleaning Service was founded in 2017 by Andrew and Kerley Papalia — right here in Salisbury, Maryland. With backgrounds in law enforcement and military service, Andrew built the company on a simple but powerful promise: bring the same level of accountability, trust, and attention to detail to every home and business we clean.
What started as a small operation serving a handful of neighbors has grown into a trusted cleaning partner for hundreds of families and businesses across the Eastern Shore. Through it all, our core values haven't changed: hire good people, use safe products, and treat every client's home like it's our own.

Andrew founded Miss Spotless Cleaning in 2017 after serving in law enforcement and the military. With 9+ years in the cleaning industry, he's ISSA Cleaning Industry Certified, OSHA Safety Trained, and Green Cleaning Certified.
Kerley Papalia
Operations Manager
Kerley co-manages Miss Spotless alongside Andrew, handling scheduling, client communication, and team coordination. She's committed to ensuring every client receives a seamless, stress-free experience.
