These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Miss Spotless Cleaning Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Miss Spotless Cleaning Service provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Salisbury, MD and Eastern Shore area. Our services include but are not limited to: house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, sanitizing, post-construction cleaning, green cleaning, and senior cleaning services.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Quotes are customized based on your specific needs and property details.
- Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs significantly from what was described.
- We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes.
Access to Property
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned.
- You may provide a key, door code, or other means of entry. All access credentials are kept strictly confidential.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
Liability and Insurance
- Miss Spotless Cleaning Service is bonded and fully insured.
- We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental damage during our services.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to the value of the service provided.
Client Responsibilities
- Please secure valuable items, fragile objects, and important documents before our arrival.
- Please inform us of any areas that require special attention or should be avoided.
- Please ensure pets are secured or arrangements are made prior to cleaning.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit card, and check.
- For recurring services, payment terms will be established at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miss Spotless Cleaning Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
